I am so glad that Phoenix is to rescue Travelscope. Since its collapse we have travelled with four different companies, none of which came anywhere near the excellence in itinerary, helpful staff, directness of journey, etc, as Travelscope. If undercharging for such excellent holidays caused the crash, I will have no problem paying that little bit more to once again travel with them. Thank you, E. Feeley.

Lucky you, we don't have a choice, Phoenix don't do pick-ups from Northern Ireland.

Enjoyed the tour immensely. The boat and the crew were of a very high standard, but the coach was rather uncomfortable due to lack of leg room.

Travelled twice with the Travelscope, and was absolutely gutted when the Yanks threw in a spanner. Delighted it's up and running under a new name. Delighted to pay a little extra - still cheaper than any other company. Well done lads.

I paid a deposit just before the company went into administration, so I have an open mind about them. It would be nice to get some of it back though.

What an absolute rip-off! My in-laws lost £500 on a coach trip because Travelscope was corrupt. Phoenix Holidays is still Travelscope as far as I'm concerned. Rip off Britain!

We are always forgotten. We lost over £15,000 when Travelscope went down. Nearly broke us.

We have gone on at least two coach trips, river cruises or cruises a year, for the past four or five years. All with Travelscope, travelling out of Belfast.
Now the new company, Phoenix, has stopped all pick-ups in Northern Ireland. We have tried other companies, but none up to the same standard. Phoenix are losing a lot of trade by ignoring Northern Ireland, the trips were always popular.
